We're all Muffins . . .
Today as Jared watched Dad get ready to drive away, Mom was amazed to realize how universal the term Muffin has become within our family. When Jared first realized Dad was leaving, he responded to Mom's farewell indignantly, saying "No love you honey" (i.e. don't say bye). However, once Jared adjusted to Dad's going, he added his own farewell: "Bye bye, Muffin! See you, Muffin!"

That is so cute! I use the term "honey" a lot and ever since Noah could talk he has called me honey. So when Eli started to talk he picked up on it from Noah and now they both call me honey. "I love you honey", "Come here honey"
