April 2015

April began with rediscovering playgrounds:
Jared designed this wind measuring instrument at school:
One of our friends hosted an Easter egg hunt:

Dad fashioned capes for Muffins who requested them:
Curtis got to go to a very bouncy birthday party:
Easter began with Easter baskets!
There was something for Mom, too:
We also had our annual Egg Fest:
One more view of our Easter stuff, including the lovely hyacinths Dad got for Mom before Easter:
Spring "officially" began in March, of course, but April flowers made it actually look a bit like spring:

Dad joined us at a playground one day:
Ben & Jerry's annual free ice cream day came . . . and we got some!

We visited some dinosaur tracks during spring break. Here are the Muffins checking out the beginning of a giant timeline we found.
Muffins with a big footprint:
Clarissa found some dinosaurs to play with:
There was also a "mining" activity for the Muffins to try:

Back at a park, Clarissa found a dinosaur to ride:
Spring break also included bubbles:
And more playground time:
Here's Clarissa with one of her special friends at the library (also pictured is one of her stuffed friends from home):
Curtis had some block adventures at the library in April:

Back in the great outdoors, Clarissa found a little play house:
Mom found more flowers, on trees this time:
We also found some Muffin ancestor graves in April, Aaron Munson Baldwin and his wife, Julia Bishop:

More April park adventures:

And, finally, more April flowers, just because they were there:
